Who is responsible

Atlas Software Partners LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States, on December 2, 2025, 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: contact@cleaningcrewapp.com.

What we collect

• When you join the early access list: your email address and your answers to the form (team size, the tool you use today, your scheduling headache if you write one, and the optional bonus question), the date of your consent, and the campaign that brought you to the site if any (UTM parameters).
• Audience measurement: anonymous page views and clicks on this website, measured with PostHog (EU servers, Frankfurt) without cookies or local storage. Your email address is never sent to PostHog.

We do not store your IP address. It is only held in memory for a few minutes to limit abuse of the form.

Why

Your email and answers are used only to contact you about Cleaning Crew App early access and to decide what to build first. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. For visitors in the UK or the EU, the legal basis is your consent (UK and EU GDPR art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time; audience measurement relies on our legitimate interest in knowing whether this page is useful (art. 6.1.f).

How long

Until Cleaning Crew App launches and for at most 24 months after you join, unless you become a customer. We delete your data earlier on request.

Who can see it

Only Atlas Software Partners LLC and the service providers that process data on its behalf: our hosting provider (Railway, United States) and our audience measurement provider (PostHog, European Union). Your data may therefore be processed in the United States and in the European Union. We never sell or rent your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states with privacy laws, the UK or the EU), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@cleaningcrewapp.com. We may need to verify your identity, you may use an authorized agent where the law allows it, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We answer within one month. You can also contact your local data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK).

Children

This website is meant for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
