When will Cleaning Crew App be available?
We are building it now and will open access in small batches to the people on the early access list, in the order they joined. We will email you when your spot opens. No date is promised until the product is ready.
How much will it cost?
The planned price is $25 per month for the whole business, not per cleaner. Founding members, the people on the early access list who subscribe during early access, keep 50 % off for life: $12.50 per month.
How does the instant quote work?
You set your own rates once: per square foot, per room or per hour, minimum charge, and extras such as inside the oven or a deep clean. The AI uses the size, rooms, condition and photos to estimate the cleaning time and suggest a price. You always approve the price before it goes out.
Do my cleaners need to install an app?
No. Each cleaner opens their day from a link on their phone: jobs in driving order, addresses, entry notes and the client checklist. Nothing to download from an app store.
Is it for homes or offices?
Both. Recurring house cleaning, move-in and move-out cleans, and small office or commercial contracts, for teams of 1 to 20 cleaners.
Should I switch from ZenMaid or Jobber?
If your current tool works for you, keep it: ZenMaid, Jobber and the others are established products with many features. Cleaning Crew App is for teams who still quote by phone and schedule on paper or in a spreadsheet, or who want instant quotes and photo-proof checklists in one simple tool.
Which countries will it work in?
It is planned in English for the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, with local currency, square feet or square meters, and SMS reminders.
What happens to my email?
It is used only to contact you about early access and is never sold or shared. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to contact@cleaningcrewapp.com.
